Ron Distler
Founder
In 1984 Ron founded Distler Irrigation Systems Inc. to fill a need in the community. For 35 years, Ron dedicated his life in service to his customers. In 2019, Ron was looking to take a step back to spend more time with family. Today, Ron still offers his assistance where needed within the irrigation company. Ron enjoys spending time with his granddaughters, fishing, golfing, and catching up with longtime friends.
Beau Monson
Owner/Operator
Beau started working with Ron Distler in 2017 with an agreement to purchase the business in spring of 2019. After graduating from Missouri State University in 2018, Beau took over as the Owner of Distler Irrigation. His love of outdoors stems from many summers spent working outdoors with his grandpa. In 2020, he married his high school sweet heart, Margaret, and in 2023 they welcomed their first born, Harper. In his free time, Beau enjoys hanging out at his family farm, playing golf, and coaching the boys basketball team at Calvary Lutheran in the winter.
Charlie Oberkrom
Install Crew Leader
After serving his country in the United States Marine Corps, Charlie joined the Distler Irrigation team in March 2022. His time in the Marines gave him invaluable leadership skills and work ethic. In 2023, he married his better half, Alanna, and gained two beautiful daughters. In his free time, Charlie enjoys fishing, watching Chiefs games, and cheering on local high school football teams on Friday nights.
Jordan Schulte
Lead Maintenance Technician
Jordan joined the Distler Irrigation team in spring of 2023 after many years of working in the landscape and property management field. He enjoys the variety that irrigation maintenance provides, combined with diagnosing and resolving issues. In his free time, Jordan enjoys hunting, fishing, coaching archery, and spending time with his wife and two kids.
Mitchell Eickhorst
Install Technician
Mitchell graduated from Russellville High School in 2023 and joined the Distler Irrigation team the next week. Mitchell brings a strong work ethic and witty sense of humor to each jobsite. When Mitchell is not on the job, he enjoys finding great deals on Facebook Marketplace, and helping family and friends with various projects.
Alex Proctor
Install Technician
After graduating Calvary Lutheran High School in 2022, Alex spent 2 years at Ozark Technical Community College studying grounds maintenance while working for Distler Irrigation during the summers and on school breaks. In 2024, he joined the crew full time. Alex is a sports fanatic; he also enjoys hunting, golfing, and hanging out with his family and friends.
